Privacy notice.
This notice explains what the public Orelis website does, what happens when you open the scheduler, and the privacy boundaries that apply before any voice workflow is configured.
The public website
The public website has no account, first-party contact form, advertising tracker, or microphone request. It serves static pages and a listen-only example recording. The recording and transcript have identifying names, company details, address, and location redacted.
Our hosting and network providers may process standard request information, including your IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.
Scheduling through Calendly
When you choose “Book a setup call,” you leave Orelis and open Calendly. Calendly may ask for your name, email, phone number, and answers about your business so it can schedule the meeting and help Orelis prepare.
Do not submit medical information, payment-card data, account passwords, or other confidential information in the scheduler. Calendly’s own processing is described in its privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
How scheduling information is used
- To arrange and manage the requested setup call.
- To understand the call workflow you want to discuss.
- To send service-related scheduling information when you have requested or consented to it.
- To follow up about the requested Orelis service.
The public website does not itself send SMS messages. The linked scheduling form may request a number for appointment texts or follow-up. Only provide a number if you want those messages; if you prefer not to provide one, contact elijah@ghostops.dev to arrange the conversation by email. Message purpose, consent, and opt-out controls must be presented by the applicable sending workflow.
Voice-workflow data
A customer implementation may involve a phone provider, voice provider, calendar, CRM, email, SMS, or human-handoff destination. Those systems are selected during setup. Before launch, the applicable agreement should define authorized phone numbers, data categories, recording or transcription settings, approved disclosures, retention and deletion, access permissions, and escalation rules.
Orelis should not be used for emergencies, medical intake, payment-card collection, or other regulated workflows unless the required legal, security, vendor, and operating controls have been separately established.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what scheduling information Orelis received, request a correction, or request deletion subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Contact elijah@ghostops.dev. You may also use Calendly’s controls for information held by Calendly.
Changes
This notice may change when Orelis adds a verified provider, analytics system, form, or different data workflow. The effective date above will be updated when the notice changes materially.
