Website terms.
These terms apply to the public Orelis website, its example recording, and its links to third-party scheduling services.
Informational website
The public site describes an Orelis voice-assistant setup service. It does not itself provide live telephony, booking, messaging, CRM, payment, or emergency services. Provider connections and operating rules are selected and tested separately for each implementation.
Example call
The Faith recording is an illustrative workflow example with identifying details redacted. It does not represent a guaranteed customer outcome, production uptime, regulatory suitability, or a promise that every implementation will behave identically.
Scheduling
A setup call is booked only when Calendly confirms the event. Opening the scheduler or submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement, reserve exclusivity, or guarantee availability. Calendly is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy notice.
No guaranteed outcome
Business results depend on call volume, caller behavior, workflow design, provider availability, staff follow-through, and other factors outside the public website. Orelis does not guarantee revenue, savings, lead capture, booking volume, uninterrupted operation, or a particular return.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website, scheduler, or a future Orelis implementation to violate law, impersonate another person, collect information without authority, deceive callers, evade consent requirements, or submit confidential medical, payment, credential, or regulated information without a separately approved system and agreement.
Ownership and third-party services
Orelis branding, public-site design, and original site content are protected by applicable rights. Third-party names, services, and links remain the property and responsibility of their respective owners. A link does not imply endorsement or partnership.
